Please contact us at contact@crepelino.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.


I cannot find a return form in my parcel. What should I do?

Do not worry — Crepelino parcels do not include physical return forms.
Simply email us at contact@crepelino.com and we will assist you with your return or exchange.


What is your return policy?

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • If you need assistance or encounter any issue returning within 30 days, please contact contact@crepelino.com.

  • Your order number must be provided to process a return.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


How long does it take to process a refund?

Credit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


What if I receive the wrong item?

If you received a different item than what you ordered, we sincerely apologize.

Return Instructions
