Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics centers located in Spain, Italy, and Romania.
Shipping is free for all covered countries.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched.

We ship your order as it is entered at checkout. Once your parcel reaches the destination country, it is handled by the local carrier. If any delivery issues occur, please contact us.
To ensure efficient delivery, your order may be shipped in separate parcels.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become fully active.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@crepelino.com with your name and order number.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:

Items damaged or incomplete for reasons not caused by us cannot be refunded.

Sale or discounted items are not refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
