How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour after receiving it. Scroll down to the section “Changed your mind?” to access the cancellation link. After this 60-minute window, please email us at contact@crepelino.com and we will work together to find an alternative solution.
I accidentally cancelled my order — can I reactivate it?
If you cancelled your order using the link in your confirmation email but now wish to receive it, the best option is to place a new order on our website. If you need any assistance, contact us at contact@crepelino.com and we will be happy to help.
I cancelled my order but I’m not sure it worked — can you confirm the cancellation?
After clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, you will receive a second email as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. If you did not receive this confirmation email, please write to us at contact@crepelino.com (including your order number) and we will check it for you.
I don’t see the self-cancellation option — what should I do?
For orders that include a gift card, the self-cancellation option is not available. In this case, please contact us immediately at contact@crepelino.com, providing your order number and your cancellation or modification request, and we will take care of it.
